Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are present, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
